Parkland Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to deliver high-quality patient care in designated primary or specialty areas. The role includes diagnosing, treating, educating patients, and referring as needed, while also serving as a clinical practice resource and role model for practitioners and students.

Preferred candidates will have current Texas licensure (PA or APRN), NCCPA certification or equivalent, and 3+ years of APP experience.

Formación

• PA degree with ARC-PA accreditation.
• APRN with CCNE/ACEN Master’s or Doctorate.
• 3+ years APP experience in similar duties or 5+ years in any field.
• Current Texas PA licensure and NCCPA board certification.
• Texas nursing license with APRN endorsement and required NP certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical care in designated area, including diagnosis, treatment, and education.
• Lead, train, and evaluate APP students and staff.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of practice guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and leadership to improve patient care and outcomes.
• Supervise and mentor APP team members and participate in QA/QI initiatives.
