Job summary

Parkland Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider III - General to deliver high-quality care in a designated service line within our Dallas campus. The role emphasizes diagnosis, treatment, education, referrals, and clinical leadership for APPs and students.

Candidates must hold PA or APRN credentials valid in Texas, with appropriate national certification. The position includes supervision responsibilities and collaboration with physicians to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with ARC-PA-accredited PA program.
• Master's degree in nursing with CCNE/ACEN accreditation.
• 2+ years of APP clinical experience.
• Texas PA or APRN licensure with national certification as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessment, treatment, and referrals in designated area.
• Document histories, exams, tests, and care plans accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and families to support self-management and follow-up.
• Lead and mentor APP staff and students; participate in governance.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes.
• Participate in department goals and quality improvement initiatives.
