The Advanced NDE group uses cutting-edge inspection technologies to solve complex challenges and enhance asset reliability with safety and precision. We seek experienced technicians who can lead inspection scopes, analyze data, and mentor junior staff while maintaining excellence in safety, reporting, and client communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening.
• TWIC/DISA credentials or ability to obtain them.
• Ability to obtain Team Level II Qualifications/Certifications as per Team’s practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Analyze complex inspection data and prepare detailed reports.
• Present findings to clients and engineers to meet mission critical objectives.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and reporting platforms.
• Mentor junior technicians in field setups and inspections.
• Contribute to planning, procedure development, and qualification reviews.
