Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques.

The role involves leading inspection scopes, analyzing data, and serving as subject matter experts with frequent client interaction and detailed reporting. Qualified candidates will have strong technical backgrounds in NDE modalities, experience in field environments, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must obtain site credentials (e.g., TWIC, DISA) where required.
• Strong communication skills to convey results to clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and industry codes.
• Operate and configure scanning systems and equipment.
• Collect and interpret complex inspection data and generate reports.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure objectives.
• Mentor junior technicians and support project planning.
