Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques across refinery, petrochemical, and industrial facilities.

You will lead inspection scopes, analyze complex data, and communicate findings to clients and engineers, while adhering to safety and TEAM's Quality standards. The role requires travel, field work, and mentorship of junior technicians.

Qualifications

• Advanced NDE certifications or demonstrated equivalent experience.
• Ability to obtain TWIC/DISA and site access credentials.
• Willingness to travel, work extended hours, and operate in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and industry codes.
• Operate and configure advanced equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex inspection data; deliver detailed reports and recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure mission-critical objectives are met.
• Mentor junior technicians in field setups and data collection.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, and procedure development.
