Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey results clearly.
• Travel and field work readiness with safety mindset.
• Experience with advanced NDE and data interpretation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and codes.
• Operate and configure advanced scanning equipment.
• Collect, interpret, and report complex inspection data with recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and align on objectives.
• Supervise junior technicians in field setups and reporting.
