Job summary

TEAM, Inc. seeks highly skilled Advanced Services Inspectors to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods and techniques. This role is suited for experienced professionals with strong technical backgrounds in various inspection modalities.

The Advanced NDE group uses cutting-edge inspection technologies to solve complex challenges, reduce downtime, and enhance asset reliability with precision and integrity. Travel and data reporting are essential aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours in field environments.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and background checks.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or other site access credentials.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and codes.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment.
• Collect, interpret, and report complex inspection data with recommendations.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting systems.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups and inspections.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, and procedure reviews.
• Adhere to safety protocols and TEAM life-critical expectations.
• Uphold industry codes and TEAM standards of integrity and quality.
