Job summary

TEAM, Inc. is seeking an experienced Advanced Services Inspector to perform specialized nondestructive examinations using advanced methods. You will lead inspection scopes, analyze complex data, and provide detailed reports for clients in refinery and petrochemical environments.

The role requires strong technical backgrounds, ASNT/CA certifications, travel to field sites, and the ability to mentor junior technicians while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
• Must obtain TWIC, DISA, and/or site credentials.
• Ability to travel and work in field environments including confined spaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to report results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced NDE techniques per TEAM procedures and client specs.
• Operate and configure advanced inspection equipment and scanning systems.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze complex inspection data; provide detailed reports.
• Interface with clients and engineers to explain findings and ensure objectives are met.
• Maintain proficiency in data acquisition software and digital reporting platforms.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians in field setups and inspections.
• Contribute to project planning, scan plans, and procedure development.
