Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master level degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field.
- MBA or related advanced degree is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of advanced manufacturing strategies for table top products and conversion processes.
- Develop scalable concepts focusing on safety, quality, throughput, ergonomics and cost.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce cycle time and improve labor and equipment utilization.
- Benchmark across locations and research new manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
- Support launches of new lines and processes with technical direction on machinery and tooling.
- Provide coaching to junior engineers and technicians on standardized processes.
