Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer to lead multiple projects in the Thermal BU, focused on Ironton OH Operations. You will drive product transfers, new product introductions, process improvements, and capital projects to standardize manufacturing across Vertiv plants.

This onsite role coordinates NPDI milestones with Design Engineering and Operations at the Ironton/Franklin Furnace sites. Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of manufacturing experience (or 10+ years in high

Qualifications

• BSME/IE/Business Operations Management and 3–5 years manufacturing experience or 10+ years in high mix/high volume facilities.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma formal training or certifications.
• Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate NPDI milestones and deliverables with Design Engineering, Program Manager and Operations.
• Lead and develop manufacturing plans for new products per NPDI program.
• Support plant-to-plant product transfers and new product development programs.
