Job summary

Comcast’s FreeWheel division seeks a senior Client Solutions professional to lead programmatic advertiser initiatives from NY-based offices. You will guide pre-sale engagements, align KPIs with client needs, and deliver scalable onboarding plans across agencies and tech providers.

This role emphasizes strong technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll partner with Sales and Account teams to ensure successful trial-to-production transitions, provide SME-level guidance, and help

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical customer facing or support role in AdTech.
• Strong understanding of real time bidding and programmatic advertising, especially in relation to the goals and mechanics of demand side media/ tech companies, agencies and advertisers.
• Client-centric, exceptional communicator with technical and business minded stakeholders.
• Hands on with SaaS, configuring functionality building workflows and manipulating data to meet client needs.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Technical acumen in troubleshooting, SQL and APIs, command line, AWS management console and basic knowledge of HTML and Javascript preferred.
• Experience working for or with agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand our most strategic customers' programmatic and technical requirements and craft elegant technical solutions.
• Partner with Sales on pre-sales engagements, elicit customer technical and business KPIs, and define success criteria for an engagement.
• Develop and deliver onboarding plans to scale customers from trial to platform adoption.
• Configure, test, and deliver bidder and DSP software solutions with technical competency.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders in AdOps, engineering, data science, and product roles.
• Act as a technical SME on the Advertiser Suite for clients and internal teams.
• Provide ongoing feedback to product and engineering to drive roadmap initiatives.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and manage complex issues through to resolution.
• Coach and support junior team members to develop expertise.
• Lead internal/client initiatives to meet broader team objectives.
• Maintain documentation outlining best practices and procedures.
