Job summary

RTB House is seeking a Senior Technical Researcher/Engineer to join the AdTech Technical Research Team. You will explore the latest technologies, run experiments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess integration potential.

You will prototype PoCs, analyze performance, and contribute to informed technical decisions while advancing our privacy-conscious, high-scale platform. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as researcher or engineer in related fields.
• Strong technical proficiency in programming and large systems.
• Willingness to experiment and learn new technologies.
• Independent, proactive attitude with minimal supervision.
• Goal-driven mindset with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams and partners.
• Ability to build PoCs to evaluate ideas.
