Qualifications

• Bar Membership: All attorney positions require current active bar membership. Active Bar membership must be verified prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and providing advice and counsel to senior management officials on conflict management matters.
• Apply ADR principles, practices, and techniques to resolve workplace disputes; interpret and apply conflict management statutes and regulations to ensure agency compliance; and draft legal documents related to conflict resolution.
