This position is located in the Legal Division, Labor Unit of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and is responsible for providing legal counsel on labor and employment laws and regulations, conducting associated investigations, and defending the FDIC in labor and employment litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Specialized Experience:To qualify, applicants must have completed at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the14-grade level or above in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience in the practice of law in the area of labor relations, employee relations, and personnel and employment law, to include providing advice and counsel to senior management officials and defending management decisions in administrative litigation.
