Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an ADP Technical Publications Manager - Level 5 to lead a geographically dispersed team responsible for developing and authoring IETP for complex military aeronautics systems. You will oversee budgeting, schedules, and delivery of high-quality technical publications while collaborating with engineering, software, and logistics teams.

The role requires strong leadership capabilities, experience with S1000D, and the ability to manage customer and program management

Qualifications

Holds Final DoD Secret clearance prior to start.
Experience with technical publications and technical order development systems and goals.
Experience interfacing with operational and maintenance personnel in dynamic operational work environments.
Experience presenting to internal and external customers and leadership.
Experience providing estimates, proposals, and/or budgets.
Demonstrated experience in formally leading diverse teams or informally leading project teams while resolving internal and external customer issues.

Responsibilities

Leading technical writing teams, managing the design and production of IETP, and day-to-day matters.
Demonstrating Full-Spectrum Leadership imperatives.
Effectively communicating and working with multiple engineering, software, supportability, flight test, and logistics disciplines.
Manage collaboration with customer, program management, and end-user personnel.
