Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Manassas, VA, is seeking a Training and IETM Lead to oversee the development of S1000D IETMs and training materials as part of Agile product releases.

You will lead a diverse team, coordinate with global sustainment and engineering teams, manage Jira and Scrum ceremonies, and ensure timely delivery while mitigating risks. This role requires travel 10-15% and strong communication with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in technical documentation development of IETMs and training materials.
• Coordinate with sustainment leadership on IETM requirements and schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to verify new features in the lab.
• Serve as the primary liaison between developers and engineering teams.
• Oversee Scrum ceremonies and manage Jira inputs.
• Identify and remove impediments to keep sprint progress.
• Maintain a safe, productive work environment and resolve conflicts.
