Job summary

Axon is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager, Adoption & Enablement to drive internal enablement and customer adoption for the Fusus lifecycle. You will lead instructor-led training, develop curricula, and ensure successful deployments across Axon and law enforcement customers remotely with substantial travel.

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with product, software engineering, and enablement teams to maximize product utilization, readiness, and long-term outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering instructor‑led training to professional audiences of more than 50 participants.
• Experience developing and executing structured training or enablement programs.
• Strong facilitation skills engaging technical and operational audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute adoption and enablement programs for the Axon Fusus platform across internal and external audiences.
• Design, maintain, and continuously improve role‑specific curricula for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Deliver high‑quality instructor‑led training to internal teams and external law enforcement customers.
• Serve as a post‑deployment enablement resource supporting customer sustainment and ongoing adoption.
