Job summary

AVIR Health Group is seeking a qualified Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our family. This ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with overall clinical management, support in building a high-performing team and culture, and ensure quality care for residents.

Walk-ins are welcome daily and competitive benefits are offered to attract experienced nursing leadership. Qualified candidates hold a Texas nursing license, CPR certification, and at least one year of supervisory experience in

Qualifications

Valid Texas Nursing License.
Valid CPR Certification.
Minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program.
Education, training, experience, or certification in infection prevention and control.
Knowledge of long-term care standards as set by the Federal Register, and State regulations.

Responsibilities

Assist and support the Director of Nursing with the overall clinical management of the facility.
Help build and maintain a high-performing team and culture.
