Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe Workfront Fusion Specialist to join the Marketing Transformation team. The role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions using Adobe Workfront Fusion and CJA to drive customer insights and marketing optimization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong data analytics background, experience with Adobe CJA, and the ability to deliver actionable insights to clients while collaborating across cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year)
• Typically, 2-3 years of relevant experience in data analytics
• Proven experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle
• A valid passport and US driver’s license; willingness to travel as needed

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
