Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to drive customer insights and optimize marketing strategies.

You will lead UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior members while delivering high-quality analytics solutions for diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that the final product meets their needs.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
