Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to design, develop, and implement analytics solutions that drive customer insights and optimize marketing performance.

You will lead UI development across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, translate business requirements into technical specs, and mentor junior teammates while collaborating with clients in a hybrid delivery model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are not only functional but also enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and creating specifications that support business objectives.
