Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and optimize marketing strategies.

The role focuses on defining requirements, building UI across mobile/web/tablets, and delivering dashboards and reports while mentoring junior staff. Strong data analytics and experience with SQL/Python/R, Tableau, and Power BI are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics or customer experience.
• Ability to support business development during sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, R and data viz tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

Responsibilities
