Job summary

EY is seeking an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and enhance marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate has a strong data analytics background, experience with Adobe CJA, and a passion for delivering actionable insights to clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across marketing channels.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization in marketing strategies.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on best practices in data analytics and customer journey mapping.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
