Job summary

EY seeks an Adobe CJA Developer Senior Consultant to join our Marketing Transformation team. You will design, develop, and implement analytics using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to drive customer insights and improve marketing strategies.

You will identify user requirements, define UI components across mobile, web, and tablets, and ensure business requirements are met through robust coding and data integration. Strong analytics and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 2–4 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics or similar analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience working in marketing analytics, customer experience, or related fields.
• Ability to support business development opportunities throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Adobe CJA configuration and implementation.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R) and data visualization software (Tableau, Power BI).
• Regular travel may be required to meet with clients, providing you with the opportunity to engage directly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analytics solutions using Adobe CJA to provide insights into customer behavior and marketing performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope and objectives.
• Implement data collection strategies and ensure data integrity across various marketing channels.

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the final product meets their needs.
• Design and develop user interfaces that are functional and enhance user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications that support business objectives.
