Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in recruiting, academic advising, academic counseling, student services, or related experience or can substitute education for experience.
• Strong presentation skills and problem solving skills.
• Professional in appearance, motivated, self-directed and able to communicate enthusiastically with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage audition, admission, and COM tour inquiries; assist with recruitment events and programs.
• Coordinate and attend COM annual audition days; process applications and schedules.
• Supervise College of Music Student Ambassadors and Programs; train and monitor progress.
• Direct supervision of student workers in the Admissions, Awards and Camps Office; recruit and train staff.
• Travel for recruitment events; evenings and weekends as needed; coordinate camps and workshops.
