Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in recruiting, academic advising, or related field.
• Three years of experience or equivalent education substituted.
• Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Participate in recruitment networking efforts and maintain relationships with on and off campus partners to successfully execute recruitment events.
• Assist in the recording and reporting of recruitment event attendance and yield data to measure effectiveness of programs.
• Track and report statistical data to measure the effectiveness of activities throughout recruitment territories.
• Assist with strategic planning for recruitment of first-time in college, transfer, or graduate prospects.
• Connect prospective students with university resources to ensure successful transition.
• Implement and assess comprehensive student recruitment strategies and programs to improve student engagement.
• Develops and refines recruitment resources, processes, and tools.
• Coach recruitment employees through processes to engage students in their respective territories.
• Review academic credentials of students to determine the eligibility of applicants per official university admissions policies and state guidelines.
• Complete expected duties in a timely manner, without constant supervision, accept responsibility for own work, and follow through on commitments.
• Complete assigned trainings and other administrative requirements punctually and follow procedures for timekeeping, absences, and attendance.
