Job summary

The University of North Texas System is seeking an Admissions Recruiter to support Frisco campus enrollment efforts under the UNT-Admissions umbrella. This role will drive outreach to high school and college students, plan recruitment events, and collaborate with counselors and schools across the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing defined territories, and providing professional guidance to applicants and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in recruiting, academic advising, counseling, student services, customer service or related experience or can substitute education for experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule regular visits with students and counselors in assigned territories and focus on maintaining strong relationships with key school contacts.
• Develop proactive territory management plan to convert students through the admissions funnel from suspect/prospect to enrollment.
• Provide high-level customer service to prospective students and families in office via phone, email, in-person meetings.
