Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of processors and senior processors, ensuring quality and timely responses.
• Supervise front-desk and CRM-based customer service for walk-ins, emails, and calls.
• Manage the admissions processing funnel from application to enrollment, including GPA calculations and decisions.
• Develop processing plans and pathways for denied and deferred applicants to support enrollment goals.
