University of Wyoming is seeking an Admissions Processor to handle undergraduate and graduate admissions applications, transcripts, and test scores. You will load data, recalculate GPAs (including international transcripts), and determine eligibility while providing strong customer service to students and parents.

work will be on campus in Laramie with duties including collaboration with campus departments, data entry, and training new staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required.
• 2 years progressively responsible work-related experience.
• Applicants must include the average hours worked per week for all positions.

Responsibilities

• Process and load all admissions applications and related documents.
• Recalculate GPA for most transcripts and all international students.
• Determine admission eligibility and load as appropriate.
