Lone Star College System is seeking a Specialist IV, Admissions & Enrollment Services at the Magnolia Center to manage a broad range of admissions processes and data integrity tasks. You will serve as a subject matter expert for faculty, staff and administrators, handling applications, transcripts, and enrollments with accuracy.

The role requires at least a high school diploma with 5 years’ experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to train colleagues while supporting multiple

Competenze

• High school diploma and 5+ years of experience required.
• Preferred: Associate degree or higher; experience in admissions, advising, or financial aid.

Mansioni

• Serve as SME to faculty, staff and administrators on Admissions & Enrollment Services; respond to inquiries in person, by phone and by email.
• Provide basic Admissions & Enrollment Services training to employees.
• Handle all admissions applications processes including loading into the student information system and ApplyTexas.
• Run technical processes to assign or release service indicators.
• Conduct research including compiling in-depth summaries of high schools.
• Audit data integrity and work with campuses to troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Make corrections to student records (SSN, grade changes, Bio/Demo data).
• Receive transcripts and enter data into PeopleSoft (iStar) and scan to OnBase.
• May act as lead and delegate workload of a team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
