Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, education, marketing, or closely related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Bilingual skills, especially Spanish, preferred.
• Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, coach, develop staff and work-study students.
• Serve as liaison to high school dual enrollment and direct credit students.
• Oversee online workflow system and partnership documents.
• Develop and deliver information on ongoing student and institutional success.
• Coordinate outreach campaigns and recruitment events.
• Plan and follow up on dual enrollment and direct credit programs.

Education
