Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellence in written, oral and presentation communication skills with internal and external audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to relate to people of all ages, races, and socio-economic backgrounds.
• Ability to energize and motivate others in medium to large groups; strong customer service and recruitment experience preferred.
• Must be adaptable, with the ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, coach, develop, and supervise department staff and work-study students.
• Serve as liaison to high school dual enrollment and direct credit programs and manage partnerships.
• Oversee dual enrollment, direct credit, and employer sponsorships with marketing, communications, and web content.
• Coordinate online workflow systems and develop reports to improve student and institutional success.
• Lead outreach campaigns targeting college-age and non-traditional learners and coordinate recruitment events.
