As Senior Admissions Counselor, you will manage the complete enrollment process from initial inquiry through onboarding, ensuring families understand the model and that enrollment choices are grounded in informed reasoning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering premium service in settings where service excellence shapes brand
• Proven ownership of a complete client or enrollment process from inquiry through onboarding
• Experience coordinating 20+ client/family interactions across stages with reliable tracking
• Ability to provide examples of consultative judgment including misalignment scenarios
• Professional-level written communication with senior leaders or discerning audiences
• Willingness to reside or relocate within 60 days to listed CA locations
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete enrollment experience for prospective families from initial contact through onboarding
• Facilitate discovery conversations to evaluate compatibility before proposing solutions or outlining next steps
• Oversee 20+ concurrent family engagements across enrollment phases with tracking and follow-up
• Guide campus visits, shadow days, and decision-oriented discussions articulating outcomes and profiles
• Keep CRM and enrollment systems (HubSpot and SIS) current to enable forecasting and service excellence
