Job summary

Alpha School is seeking a Director of Membership to own the admissions journey for a campus, engaging up to 20+ families at various stages. You will conduct fit assessments, guide tours, and deliver decisions in person, maintaining CRM data and reporting weekly to leadership.

You will operate on-site in one of the listed markets, working with affluent families and executives to drive enrollment while delivering exceptional service and a polished experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients.
• Owned client/admissions journey end-to-end.
• Managed 7+ client relationships concurrently in a CRM.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.
• Communicated concisely with executives and high-net-worth individuals.
• Led in-person tours, meetings, or events for affluent families.
• Built multi-touch relationships over 30+ days.
• Owned measurable enrollment or revenue targets.
• Willing to relocate to one of 12 markets and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the membership journey for each prospective family from inquiry to onboarding.
• Manage 20+ active families across stages with prompt responses.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days.
• Deliver admit or decline decisions to families in-person.
• Maintain HubSpot and SIS with accurate, up-to-date data; report pipeline weekly.
