Job summary

Alpha seeks a results-driven Enrollment Director to own the campus admissions journey end-to-end. You will manage 20 or more active families at various stages, conduct tours and shadow days, and deliver clear admission decisions in person.

You’ll keep HubSpot and the SIS current, leveraging AI tools for efficiency and reporting weekly to leadership. This full-time, on-site role covers one campus in the Alpha network, with a focus on high-net-worth families and a rigorous admissions process.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where an individual or family was the buyer at $25,000+ per client, or $2,000+ per month.

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey from inquiry to enrollment for one campus, managing 20+ active families.
• Lead campus tours, info sessions, and shadow days to showcase fit for families.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and communicate decisions directly to families.
• Maintain up-to-date HubSpot and SIS records after every interaction, using AI tools for prep and summaries.
• Report pipeline health to leadership on a weekly basis.
