Responsibilities

• Identifies industry opportunities and threats and recommends strategies to address.
• Initiates proposals for improved market position, patient experience, operational efficiency, and patient safety.
• Monitors KPIs, scorecards, patient feedback, and financial reports to meet goals.
• Provides feedback to leadership for corrective actions.
• Partners with Department Chair to support provider goals and resident experience.
• Oversees HR decisions and staff management, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and System usage (EPIC).
