Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, physical therapy, speech therapy, or therapeutic recreation.
7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in therapy services or integrative medicine.
Demonstrated experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and regulatory standards.
Excellent communication, strategic planning, and program-building skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute an Integrative Care Services strategic plan aligned with the nursing strategic plan.
Evaluate and implement emerging evidence-based interventions that support healing, well-being, recovery, and patient experience.
Provide administrative and operational leadership for respective departments, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Direct departmental staffing models, productivity metrics, scheduling, licensure requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Lead and oversee human resources initiatives, including coaching, development, and talent management.
