Job summary

Cedar Lake, Inc. in Kentucky seeks an Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of the ICF/IID facilities, including Park Place and Sycamore Run. You will implement the operating structure, oversee staff, and report to the CEO with regular updates.

The role requires a Master’s degree preferred and at least five years in long-term care or IDD administration, plus a valid KY LTC license and a driver’s license. This is a full-time position focused on compassionate care and compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred; other relevant fields acceptable.
• At least five years of experience in long-term care and/or IDD administration.
• Licensed as a KY Long Term Care Administrator; a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in administration, management, and direct supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the ICF/IID facilities (Park Place & Sycamore Run).
• Implement agency policies and operating structures; hire and delegate responsibilities with CEO approval.
• Provide timely updates and reports to CEO and Board as requested.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain facility staffing and budgets.
• Coordinate programs, resources, and inter-facility collaborations.
• Maintain census, engage families, guardians, and staff effectively.
