Cedar Lake, Inc. in Kentucky seeks an Administrator to lead the day-to-day operations of the ICF/IID facilities, including Park Place and Sycamore Run. You will implement the operating structure, oversee staff, and report to the CEO with regular updates.
The role requires a Master’s degree preferred and at least five years in long-term care or IDD administration, plus a valid KY LTC license and a driver’s license. This is a full-time position focused on compassionate care and compliance.

The Administrator is the chief of staff and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the ICF/IID residential facilities of Cedar Lake Park Place and Sycamore Run. This role is also empowered to implement the operating structure and practices of the agency, pursuant policy, including the hiring and delegation of responsibilities and authority to those select persons having jurisdiction over the various departments of the corporation, subject to the approval of the CEO. The Administrator is directly responsible to the CEO.
