We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Administrator to join us on a full time, permanent basis in Children's Social Care. This post sits within the Fostering Service, and the successful candidate will lead the Business Support function within the Fostering Panel and Kinship Teams. The role involves direct line management of seven Team Administrators. Our fostering teams support the assessment and approval of Kinship Foster Carers in accordance with statutory timescales, facilitate Fostering Panels and associated decision-making processes, and provide comprehensive administrative support to carers, applicants, social workers and team managers.
