Job summary

UPS is seeking a permanent role focused on managing the delivery or deployment of contracted services to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met. You will collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to support business products and improve operational efficiency.

The role covers daily facility activities, inventory management, staffing, safety, security and profitability, with involvement in forecasting and annual planning.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or permanent resident.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and other internal support groups to support business products.
• Oversee daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, processing orders, procuring suppliers, inventory, staffing, inspections, safety, security, profitability.
• Forecast, allocate, adjust and develop annual business plans to meet unit and corporate initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the operation; support field stocking locations and provider networks; may operate powered equipment.
