Job summary

Merrimack Health is seeking a Lead Administrative Nursing Supervisor to provide advanced operational and clinical leadership for the Administrative Nursing Supervisor team. The role works closely with the Nursing Director to monitor and improve hospital operations, staffing, patient flow, quality, and performance.

The Lead translates hospital objectives into actionable steps, ensures supervisor practice consistency across shifts and campuses, and serves as an expert resource for complex clinical

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in Massachusetts.
• BLS/BCLS certification currently in effect.
• ACLS certification currently in effect.
• More than five years nursing experience, with at least two years in a charge/lead/supervisory role.
• At least one year in hospital operations or related operational role.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced operational and clinical leadership for the Administrative Nursing Supervisor team.
• Collaborate with Nursing Director to monitor and improve hospital operations, staffing, and patient flow.
• Translate objectives, policies, and procedures into effective action and ensure consistency across shifts.
• Serve as an expert resource for complex clinical, administrative, staffing, and patient-flow issues.
