Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• Familiarity with software licensing models and budgetary procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Experience supporting a senior manager or chief-of-staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative leadership and coordination for ITS.
• Coordinate and support operations for Enterprise, Computer Support, Media Services, and Infrastructure.
• Provide primary administrative support for the Associate Vice President of ITS.
• Monitor expenditures and support fiscal planning within multi-million-dollar allocations.
• Supervise student workers and scheduling.
