The role requires independence, sound judgment, and strong collaboration with leadership across the CF network.

The incumbent will manage complex travel via SAP Concur, coordinate onsite engagements, and assist in budgeting, reporting, and governance.

Qualifikationen

• Coordinate complex domestic travel and manage profiles in SAP Concur.
• Provide logistical support for leader engagements, tours, and conferences.
• Lead onboarding and training for new hires on policies and procedures.
• Support Turnaround and Engineering leaders with budgeting, reporting, and governance.
• Maintain SharePoint, SharePoint sites and routine reporting.
• Drive cross-site collaboration and timely communication with executive assistants.
