Job summary

CF Industries in Donaldsonville, LA is seeking a Lead Turnaround Planner to orchestrate turnarounds across units such as Ammonia, Nitric Acid and UAN. You will coordinate CF TA Planners and contract personnel, maintain budgets and schedules, and uphold high safety standards throughout the turnaround.

The ideal candidate has a BS in CM or Engineering (or verified Turnaround Management experience), 10+ years in chemical plants, strong communication and leadership, and a TWIC credential.

Qualifications

• BS degree in CM or Engineering or verified Turnaround Management experience.
• 10+ years of chemical or petrochemical plant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse teams.
• Strong management, decision-making and leadership abilities.
• TWIC credential and ability to pass drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead turnaround planning and execution for assigned turnarounds.
• Direct CF TA Planners and coordinate contract personnel and site support.
• Assist Superintendent with cost estimates, budgets >$30MM and schedule accuracy.
• Develop turnaround scope: maintenance, process, M&I and capital projects.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met throughout the turnaround.
