• Excellent writing and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• TWIC credential required.
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screening.
• Strong communication over Teams/phone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international travel; manage employee profiles in SAP Concur.
• Provide logistical support for plant site engagements and conferences.
• Oversee onboarding and training alignment with policies.
• Foster collaboration across multiple geographic locations.
• Lead budget reviews, reporting, and forecasting activities.
• Enter SAP requisitions and manage procurements.
• Safeguard confidential information and maintain discretion.
• Coordinate between site admins and field personnel for turnaround needs.
• Support strategic projects advancing corporate turnaround priorities.
• Maintain governance of SharePoint and related documentation.
• Lead planning for the Annual Turnaround Leadership Conference.
• Maintain Accuris Engineering Standards subscriptions.
