The European Department (EUR) is seeking to hire a highly qualified and experienced Lead/Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director. Reporting directly to the Director, the selected candidate will serve as a trusted partner in managing the day-to-day operations of the Director's office while helping ensure the smooth functioning of administrative activities across the department. The successful candidate will coordinate complex administrative processes, manage high-profile engagements and priorities, provide leadership and guidance to the department's coordinator community, and serve as a key resource on Fund policies, procedures, and administrative best practices. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, sound judgment, discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with EUR's administrative and operational processes, as well as relevant Fund policies and procedures, would be an advantage. In addition, the Lead/Senior Administrative Coordinator will contribute to departmental administrative initiatives, mentor and support coordinators, and work closely with management and Fund-wide partners to enhance EUR's operational effectiveness.
Educational development, typically acquired by the completion of a high school diploma, or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience, is required. Internal candidates must have met mobility requirements.
