The International Monetary Fund seeks an experienced professional to lead and support CSF risk, budgeting and resource management activities. You will guide planning, budgeting, Accountability Framework, and risk management initiatives across the Unit and related divisions.
Key work includes developing budget guidelines, coordinating with OBP and HRD, and delivering analytics using PowerBI, Excel, and the IMF data warehouse to drive efficiency and strategic outcomes.

This role plays a key role in CSF risk and resource management including the planning, budgeting, Accountability Framework and Enterprise Risk Management processes. The position leads or contributes to various strategic initiatives and collaborates on projects and joint work efforts with staff in the Unit, CSF Front Office and other Divisions as appropriate. Supports the Unit management in planning work deliverables, developing budget guidelines and the strategic planning framework for the department. Utilizes productivity tools and applications (Copilot, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to perform and organize work, with the objective of improving, innovating and gaining efficiencies in the work of the Unit and broader department.
Educational development, typically acquired by the completion of an advanced university degree, or equivalent, in business, finance, budgeting, accounting, statistics, computer science, or related field, or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or similar professional certification, supplemented by four years of relevant experience; or a bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, supplemented by a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required. Alternatively, a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related position at Grade A10, or equivalent, is required.
