Reporting to the Director, Global Operations, Americas, the Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to a New York-based team comprising two or three senior executives and investment professionals. As a key resource known for reliability and discretion, the Senior Administrative Assistant plays a key role, managing complex agendas, organizing executive travel and coordinating governance activities. They also leverage operational continuity by providing backup capacity as part of a team of five administrative support professionals.
The average base salary range for this position is USD 85 000 to USD 100 000, plus a competitive benefits package and eligibility for annual variable compensation. The actual compensation offered within this range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to: the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; internal equity; and current market conditions.
