The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to key senior members of the US Corporate & Investment Banking Team in New York. This individual will possess excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact directly with Senior Executives and high-level clients.
You can demonstrate experience with: A minimum of 5+ years of Executive Administrative experience working in a fast paced corporate environment Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities and exercise good judgment to resolve with a solutions driven mindset and professional rigor Excellent organizational and communicational skills, with both written and oral, requiring tact, diplomacy and discretion, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality Good interpersonal and customer relationship management skills to deal effectively with a range of people at all levels Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently with minimum direction and identify solutions to problems that arise Strong technical skills to support maintenance of office equipment You embrace and champion change. This role has an expected salary range of $95,000-$115,000 for the New York, NY market based on experience, qualifications, and location of the position.
The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit’s incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
Additional total compensation and benefits details will be provided during the hiring process.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
